The Paxos itBit Exchange undergoes regular maintenance. During maintenance windows, specific APIs may not be available. Which APIs will be impacted, and how, will be published on status.paxos.com at least one business day ahead of the scheduled maintenance. Users may subscribe for updates to receive notice via email, SMS, or Slack.
We conduct two types of maintenance: itBit Exchange Maintenance and FIX-only Maintenance.
itBit Exchange Maintenance
itBit Exchange Maintenance occurs monthly on Wednesdays between 19:00 EST and 20:00 EST. The following components may be impacted or unavailable during itBit Exchange Maintenance:
- Paxos v2 API - Market Data
- Paxos v2 API - Trading - Orders
- FIX - FIX Trading
- Paxos.com UI - Trading
- WebSockets - Market Data
- WebSockets - Market Execution Data
FIX-only Maintenance
FIX is unavailable during itBit Exchange Maintenance. Additionally, FIX is unavailable every four weeks on Friday between 17:00 PM ET and 17:10 PM ET on the dates below. During this window FIX trading will not be available.
